I had such a great experience with Steve from Fonseca Handiworks. He came out and repaired a couple of screen doors for me, and I was so impressed with how pleasant, professional, and genuinely kind he was. While he was here, I also asked him to look at a plumbing issue. He took his time, looked everything over carefully, and clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Steve is very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to talk to. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. It’s so refreshing to find someone who provides great service and is also such a nice person to work with. I will absolutely recommend Steve and Fonseca Handiworks to my friends and family.

I was looking for someone to replace my kitchen faucet and I found Esteban Fonseca. He gave me a reasonable and competitive estimate. He was punctual, arriving at the designated apointed time and he was courteous and professional. He was also very efficient and did not try to upsell me on anything. I highly recommend Esteban andwould not hesitate to hire him again.

I’ve had Fonseca do multitudes of improvements at my home over the recent years. Installed room AC’s throughout my older home and designed and installed the front and back yard sprinklers just to highlight a couple of major tasks. Thorough and professional.

What I really like about Esteban is his vast array of skills, but most of all his trustworthiness. He and my family have a great history together that spans about 7 years now. We first initially hired him to remodel two restrooms, which he had done flawlessly. If there are any issues found afterwards, no matter how minor, he comes back to make it right. He puts his clients first. He never leaves the job until he's done because he cares about the finished product and our family's satisfaction. Because he did such an amazing job the first time around...we had also hired him for the next big project which was a total down to the studs renovation of our next home that was built in the 1960s (he also replaced our room to prepare for a solar system install). He gave us sound advice that was never any kind of upselling. We are so blessed to have found him and will continue to use him for everything we need done on the house.

Steve is dependable and does great work. Promised and efficient and completed on time and as expected. He fixed parts of my roof and stopped the intrusion water into my house. He is detailed oriented and in my opinion does good work that is fair. Fixed the fascia and painted and as now looks like it was part of the original house.

I have used Fonseca for about 10 years and only him. He is dedicated, detailed, timely, professional and has performed excellent work on a multitude of items I need taken care of from painting, electrical, plumbing, fencing, etc. I haven’t found anything he has not been able to do proficiently and priced very reasonable. I haven’t found anything not in all the time I have used him had to have him come back and redo or correct any work he has done. He is good, honest and trustworthy. If you have anything for him, best o call as soon as possible as he does get booked. Give him a try and you will be very p,eased with the entire experience.

I have used Esteban for general handyman work around the house for several projects he is a kind and courteous handyman who does work big and small for reasonable rates. He speaks english with a American accent is easy to talk to. If you are looking for a any kind of handyman/construction work jobs big or small I highly recommend Fonseca Handiwork.

Esteban and his team replaced a set of 30 year old French doors with clear communication, organization, care, and professionalism. His proficiency was really appreciated in taking care of details he found along the way like matching paint colors and getting the right aesthetic. I would give Steve 10/10. I had to replace my bathtub with a standing shower. He was professional gave me upfront quote & did a fantastic job without cutting corners. He has attention to details

Esteban installed a couple exterior doors for us about a year ago -- one side garage door, and one water heater door. Both had been beaten up by the elements, but Esteban installed some new, durable doors, including new trim. For the water heater door, it was an odd size, but he found a custom door that looks great. He worked efficiently & diligently, and did quality work. We'd definitely use Esteban again.
