Steve is dependable and does great work. Promised and efficient and completed on time and as expected. He fixed parts of my roof and stopped the intrusion water into my house. He is detailed oriented and in my opinion does good work that is fair. Fixed the fascia and painted and as now looks like it was part of the original house.
Esteban installed a couple exterior doors for us about a year ago -- one side garage door, and one water heater door. Both had been beaten up by the elements, but Esteban installed some new, durable doors, including new trim. For the water heater door, it was an odd size, but he found a custom door that looks great. He worked efficiently & diligently, and did quality work. We'd definitely use Esteban again.
What I really like about Esteban is his vast array of skills, but most of all his trustworthiness. He and my family have a great history together that spans about 7 years now. We first initially hired him to remodel two restrooms, which he had done flawlessly. If there are any issues found afterwards, no matter how minor, he comes back to make it right. He puts his clients first. He never leaves the job until he's done because he cares about the finished product and our family's satisfaction. Because he did such an amazing job the first time around...we had also hired him for the next big project which was a total down to the studs renovation of our next home that was built in the 1960s (he also replaced our room to prepare for a solar system install). He gave us sound advice that was never any kind of upselling. We are so blessed to have found him and will continue to use him for everything we need done on the house.
I have used Fonseca for about 10 years and only him. He is dedicated, detailed, timely, professional and has performed excellent work on a multitude of items I need taken care of from painting, electrical, plumbing, fencing, etc. I haven’t found anything he has not been able to do proficiently and priced very reasonable. I haven’t found anything not in all the time I have used him had to have him come back and redo or correct any work he has done. He is good, honest and trustworthy. If you have anything for him, best o call as soon as possible as he does get booked. Give him a try and you will be very p,eased with the entire experience.
